| | wise move, my friend ended up cracking one of his when a stonechip hit it, he said he’d rather it smashed his headlight as its easier to find a used headlight!
UK rear lights look a bit rubbish, i did the 4 tail-light conversion on mine and because the uk lights have a rear reflector built into the outer lights, it leaves a gap between the clusters so the illuminated light isnt all the way across each side, if you get what i mean.
Also what you gonna do with a uk tailgate, the recess is way too wide for a usa rear licence plate. Our standard uk licence plates are like 520mm in width i think... US plates less than half that |

| | ah, the uk foglight is on the rear right inner light. I had to drill out the blanking plate on the other inner light so i could fit another fog/tail light.
Do me a favour, open your tailgate and check the wiring plug that connects to the rear inner bulbs. If the side that goes into the tailgate has 4 wires then you might be able to wire up the rear foglight without buying a uk rear inner tail light cluster.
The uk cars are only supposed to have the outer tail/brake lights and 1 inner foglight on the inner right cluster, but when i checked the wiring plugs in the tailgate it was already pre-wired for extra inner tail lights (jdm style) and twin foglights. So i got spare bulb harnesses from a junkyard, got the indicator and brake/tail light harnesses used on the outer lights, re wired the harness by changing 3 wires around, plugged it in and voila! Instant 4 taillights and twin fog lights  |
